WARRANTY
We use high-quality materials and controlled manufacturing processes to produce our bodyboards and surf accessories. All products are extensively tested by experienced riders in real surf conditions to ensure they perform as intended and withstand normal recreational use.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a three (3) month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship
- Normal wear and tear, including pressure dents, creasing, deck compression, slick scratches, fading or cosmetic marks
- Damage caused by impact with sandbanks, reef, rocks or other hard objects
- Snapped boards
- Bubbling, delamination or warping caused by excessive heat or prolonged sun exposure
- Water ingress resulting from damage or improper care
- Damage caused by leash plugs, leash straps or accessories added after purchase
- Improper handling, storage or transport
- Use in commercial, rental, teaching or instructional programs
- Products that have been modified, repaired or altered by unauthorised persons
- Products sold as seconds or second-hand
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be made through the original place of purchase.
Proof of purchase (receipt showing date of transaction) is required.
The product may need to be returned for inspection at the direction of the seller or distributor.
If a defect covered by this voluntary warranty is confirmed, the Company may, at its option (subject to Australian Consumer Law), repair, replace or refund the product.
RETURNS
Despite our best efforts to give all information to assist you with making an informed purchasing decision, we understand that there can sometimes be some very slight variance in expectations and reality, which is why we offer free returns within 14 days of the purchase date for change-of-mind returns on new products in their original and undamaged packaging purchased directly from our store.
Return Period
We provide a two (2) week return period from the date of original purchase.
Return Process
Please follow the below process to return your purchase:
- Keep product in its original packaging and keep original shipping box;
- Please contact via the contact information included on your emailed purchase receipt to notify us of the return for a refund or store credit;
- If you have opened original shipping box, please secure original shipping box with ample amount of packing tape;
- Arrange freight and collection* (or if convenient please drop to our warehouse) to Action Distribution, 8 Ascot Road, Ballina, NSW, 2478, please input the contact number as +61 (0) 488 345 554;
- Please secure 2 x freight labels to the outside of the box, making sure they are visible, usually best to use packing tape;
- Once we receive the returned undamaged board in it’s original packaging, please allow up to 2 weeks to process a refund to the bank account you purchased with, or issue a store credit pending on what you request.
*return board Return freight costs will be at the customers expense.
